The 200L fully automated drum in/out warehouse produced by Longtec differs from traditional automated warehouses and buffer warehouses in terms of space utilization. It does not require high-cost equipment such as stacker cranes or shuttle cars. This drum warehouse can store more 200L drums in a smaller footprint while greatly reducing investment costs. In terms of system control, the warehouse uses PLC control. Unlike traditional automated warehouses that require complex warehouse management systems, this system is simpler and more convenient to operate, allowing one-click selection to confirm drum infeed or outfeed. It is suitable for fully automated filling of flowing chemical liquids such as coatings, inks, resins, solvents, adhesives, and lubricants.Empty drums are lifted into position and stacked for storage, saving vertical space and floor area. The lifting height is constant for each operation, with the bottom drums directly pushing up the upper drums. The operation is simple without complex control systems. Drums being lifted are mechanically fixed, ensuring safety and reliability, unaffected by air supply. The drum fixing device features a hook-type pneumatic safety mechanism, preventing accidents such as dropped drums even in the event of air supply failure. This system enables easy lifting and transfer of products, with stable and reliable operation and simple handling.

Main Functions
- Brand-New Hook-Type Stacking Pallet Rack. This hook-type stacking rack makes full use of space by vertically stacking drums directly on top of each other, without the need for additional drum separation devices.
- The hook-type stacking rack lifts drums to a set height using hydraulic lifting, locks them in place with hooks, and repeatedly stacks drums layer by layer. Drum unloading follows the same layer-by-layer procedure.
- It significantly improves space utilization in industrial warehouses and factory floors. When integrated with production lines, the intelligent in/out storage process eliminates the need for stacker cranes to shuttle back and forth, enabling fast drum transport and storage.
- The lifting height is constant for each operation, effectively reducing the risk of working at height. Bottom drums directly push the upper drums upward. The control and operation are simple, and drums being lifted are mechanically fixed, ensuring safety and reliability.
- Drum fixing device: Equipped with a hook-type pneumatic safety mechanism. The more drums stacked, the more secure they are on the guide. Even in the event of power or air supply failure, dropped drums or other accidents are prevented.
- The system is operated directly via PLC and HMI, offering a clear and simple touchscreen interface for easy, reliable operation.
- Operation modes: Automatic control or manual control.
- Manual mode allows selection of specific racks for drum storage and retrieval.
- The rack can automatically remember replenished drums.
- Applicable to both explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof environments, with customization available according to user requirements.
