The equipment control software is highly functional, with an Ethernet port reserved for data integration (TCP/IP protocol; data includes system status, filling mode, target weight, tare weight, final weight, production capacity, etc.). The data can be uploaded to the DCS system or control system. All parts of the filling valve that require cleaning can be easily disassembled for washing, and all cleaning operations are simple to perform.
