The automatic carton erector and sealer automatically opens folded cartons, completes the forming, bottom folding, and bottom sealing with tape, then conveys the carton to the case packer. The cartons are fed vertically in a straight line, offering easy operation and reduced packaging costs. The carton loading track can store approximately 100 cartons, which are automatically picked by suction cups and transferred to the forming station. The machine folds the carton bottom front, back, left, and right sides automatically, and simultaneously pushes the carton forward while sealing the bottom with a single strip of tape. The case sealer automatically folds the top flaps of the filled carton and seals them with tape, requiring no manual operation. It uses pressure-sensitive tape for sealing, resulting in flat, neat, aesthetically pleasing, and firm carton seals.This equipment is suitable for carton packaging in industries such as coatings, inks, resins, solvents, adhesives, lubricants, food, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, daily chemicals, toys, electronics, and more both domestically and internationally.Special models can be designed according to customer requirements.
