The 200L/1000L fully automatic drum lid-unscrewing, filling, and lid-screwing integrated system developed by LONGTEC is suitable for the automatic filling of flowable chemical liquids such as resins, solvents, emulsions, additives, adhesives, chemical formulations, cutting fluids, and lubricating oils. The lid-unscrewing, filling, and lid-screwing processes are integrated into a single workstation, greatly reducing the equipment footprint and enabling customers to install more smart manufacturing equipment within limited space. Multiple models are available: single-drum station type and four-drum pallet station type. The single-drum station model performs lid-unscrewing, filling, and lid-screwing for 200L steel drums. The four-drum pallet station model performs lid-unscrewing, filling, and lid-screwing for four 200L drums on a pallet in sequence, or for a single IBC container. It is compatible with various drum types: 200L steel drums, 200L plastic drums, and IBC containers, and can be customized according to user requirements. The vision system locates the bunghole, working with servo modules for precise control, while the high-precision weighing system works in coordination with the PLC control system to ensure accurate filling.
