It is reported that Nantong Diaisheng Color Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is one of the production bases of DIC Group in China, with an annual production capacity of 75000 tons. The new factory will be put into operation in 2025 and is an efficient, digitally managed intelligent production base. It is a first-class green and environmentally friendly production base in China and even in the world. The fully automatic filling system provided by LONGTEC is characterized by high precision, high stability, and high efficiency, achieving full process automation from empty bucket conveying, automatic filling to palletizing and warehousing. The system significantly reduces manual operation errors and material losses while improving production capacity, helping DIC achieve a dual leap in product quality and production efficiency.

Realize integrated production of manufacturing process management, production control, and quality monitoring. The control system combines the production process and requirements of colorants to achieve process control while also providing operational flexibility. It collects, processes, stores, utilizes, and manages data in various stages of production management.

The LONGTEC Energy Management System helps DIC achieve refined management and dynamic regulation of energy use through real-time monitoring and analysis of energy consumption data such as water, electricity, and gas. The system mainly includes five core functional modules:
