The Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings Production Base, as an important strategic layout of Nippon Paint Group in China, has a total investment of 960 million yuan and covers an area of nearly 193000 square meters. The base is designed and constructed strictly in accordance with the concept of "Intelligent Manufacturing Industry 4.0", aiming to create a digital, green, and environmentally friendly modern factory. After the project is fully completed and put into operation, it is expected that the annual production capacity will reach 133000 tons, including 73000 tons of water-based industrial coatings, 20000 tons of oil-based industrial coatings, and 40000 tons of supporting resins.
